The Requirements

The requirement raised was to develop a mobile app and an admin panel. The application must be safe and easy to use for first-time users, ensuring complete security and legal adherence. Secondly, the GPS tracking details should be available and shareable to trace and connect with artists promptly. The app should help users create a simple, yet organized profile where they can add their background details and offerings. It should also have a calendar showing the availability and unavailable dates of artists, their performance categories, locations, portfolio links, age, gender, and experience.

For the users, it should come with push notifications that notify them of the most searched, popular, or new artists who might be available on the searched dates. Most importantly, it should ensure the privacy of performing professionals their privacy, keeping their personal information intact, and a message or call request to quickly connect with them. Ultimately, the app should have a quick login/ logout feature that helps them use the app at their convenience. On the whole, the app should be simple in operations for layman usage.

Project Details

The project requirements were clearly planned, discussed, and worked out with effective communication within the given timeframe. In each phase of the project, both the client and the team members had a consistent interaction to communicate the ideas, clarify concerns, and share thoughts until the project release.

Challenges

The project did not have any major challenges or constraints apart from the timeframe. However, due to the regular inputs and interactions from the team members, the details were exchanged, and a work plan was developed. Also, the project occurred in phases, such as creating a login page, a registration page, a home page, and a security page. Since the requirements were huge and each one had its own priority, the team had to preplan, schedule, and work on the needs within the given timeframe.

The website had a clear layout for scroll and search requirements, showed the profile categories, and had filters that allowed both categories of users to filter out their budget and location, add their performance categories, add events to the calendar so that their availability is visible to every hiring user, and help them edit their profile once in a while or update it. Every artist profile could be accessed only if the hiring users created a verified profile, after which they could connect with the best in-field professionals.

The Solution

We helped Callndr get a huge, noticeable, long-term impact by securing the app with two-factor authentication, thereafter offering a virtual app tour, and helping them evaluate and understand the different features and their usages. The calls and chats that occurred on the app were scrutinized with a screen recording and screen protection feature that ensured complete information privacy. Also, every artist profile is verified by scrutinizing their background details. Also, the artists could easily set up their profile with minimal details in groups and subgroups. The profiles could be shortlisted, scrutinized, and blocked immediately, or the profiles could be reported if they seem inappropriate or risky.
