DentCare Dental Lab Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of dental prostheses, offering a comprehensive range of products, including zirconia crowns and bridges, implant prosthetics, removable dentures (CDs), and TMJ prosthetics.
DentCare envisioned creating a seamless digital ecosystem for its global operations and customer engagement. To achieve this, iRoid Technologies partnered with DentCare to build an integrated suite of digital platforms—from mobile applications to multi-country websites — ensuring a smarter and more connected experience for dentists and dental labs worldwide.
Service Provided
The Requirements
The website and the application must be creative, comprehensive, and simple, and yet they should convey the products and services to the users at first glance. The initial plan was to deliver a website that maintains a balance of information and images. They aimed to digitize the products and services of DentCare, list the prices of their products and services, how to order and avail them.
The second service extended by Iroid was the Digital Warranty Card. This card contained all the patient information and improved information management and accuracy and eased record management. Altogether, with days of research, collaboration, and integration of ideas, Dent Care’s website and App took shape and were launched, adhering to the deadline.
The requirement put forth was the DentCare Connect App. This was developed by iRoid to provide a secure, fast, and department-managed internal chat system that significantly improved collaboration and support response time.

Challenges
One of the major challenges we encountered was the cross-department coordination. Gathering requirements from multiple departments across regions was initially challenging. Another major hurdle was real-time optimization. Ensuring high-speed, real-time chat functionality demanded strong backend optimization. The third major roadblock was SAP Integration. Handling large-scale data synchronization with SAP systems required performance tuning and careful architecture planning.

The work began to make progress with an initial round of discussions with the DentCare officials about their aim and requirements. Each round of discussions brought about more innovation, clarity, and scope for more researched solutions. Team DentCare had also emphasized the multilingual accessibility of the website pages, as the website is accessible to customers and practitioners worldwide, also connecting them for resourceful meetings. The website also brought about more clarity about the brand and how it stands different from the other dental care providers. The output reflected our efforts and the client’s expectations.

The DentCare app and websites are simple, comprehensive, and user-friendly, bridging gaps between practitioners and patients and enhancing patient handling. This also helped dental practitioners to make reliable purchases from the equipment and implant providers within a few clicks, and also mention specifications or details, whether in terms of medications or dental implants. Even in the future, this would result in assisting patients in having remote consultations, ordering medicines, and scheduling treatments. This, on the whole, reduced delays, increased accuracy, and made data retrieval and sharing, with no concern for distance or geographical locations. Moreover, it reduces the time to receive the aligners, which is indeed a big blessing, as patients spend a long time waiting for their aligners, past even many months after ordering them.
